Custom Services — Please Read First

Publishing services are custom, personalized work produced specifically for you — including editing, cover design, formatting, and printing. Once work has begun on your project, the time, labor, and resources committed cannot be recovered. For this reason, our refund terms differ from those of standard retail products.

Payment Terms

• All publishing packages require full payment upfront before work begins.
• Payments are made in US Dollars (USD) via credit and debit cards (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported coins via our crypto payment processor).
• Your project enters our production queue once payment is confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

Before work begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started on your project, you may request a refund. A processing fee may be deducted to cover payment-processing and administrative costs, which are non-recoverable once a transaction is made.

Once work has begun

Payments are non-refundable once work on your project has commenced. This includes any stage of editing, cover design, formatting, ISBN assignment, printing setup, or other production work. Because these services are custom and the work cannot be undone or resold, we are unable to offer refunds after work starts.

Printing & Physical Copies

• Printing is a custom production process. Once a print run has been set up or started, it cannot be refunded, as printing plates and setup are project-specific and non-reusable.
• If printed copies arrive damaged or defective due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint or replace the affected copies at no additional cost.
• We are not responsible for errors in content you approved before printing (such as typos in an approved final proof), or for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Digital & eBook Deliverables

Completed digital files (eBooks, formatted interiors, cover files) are delivered as finished custom work and are non-refundable once delivered.

Revisions

Revisions are handled according to the scope of your chosen package. Reasonable revisions within scope are part of the service; work beyond the agreed scope may require an additional quote. A request for revisions is not a basis for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an order where work has not yet begun, email us at [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of your project.
