Getting Started
Create Your Account
Go to our website and sign up. Use the exact email address from your package purchase so your project syncs automatically.
Access Dashboard
Logging in takes you to your Overview—a single control center tracking your active books and messages.
Submit Your Book
Navigate to Submit Book, complete the author specifications form, and upload your manuscript file.
Submitting Your Manuscript
Submission Checklist
Prepare these requirements before uploading to ensure production speed:
- Manuscript file — Word (.docx) format is highly preferred over PDF for flexible editing.
- Book Title & Subtitle — Specify whether the title is locked or tentative.
- Approximate word count — Critical for matching formatting and proofreading margins.
- Genre & Target audience — Guides our creative teams on tone and design palettes.
- Reference materials — Covers, moods, styles, or specific reference layouts.
Lock Your Manuscript Version
Always submit the most final version of your manuscript. Modifying text once editing begins causes layout delays, and major revisions may incur editing fees outside the package scope.
Following Your Book's Progress
Select a production stage to reveal exactly how our team processes your project.
Once submitted, your manuscript is safely stored on our servers. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a designated team lead is assigned to review your submission parameters.
Files & Approvals
Dashboard File Sync
Both uploaded manuscripts and our completed drafts reside under the Uploaded Files section on your book's dashboard page.
Drafts will only appear once they are fully checked and released by the production lead, guaranteeing you never receive draft items by mistake.
Final Proof Sign-off
The proof stage is the final window for updates. Carefully read formatting, spellings, and designs. Once printing setup initiates, any subsequent alterations require a full rebuild at the author's expense.
